What we don't do
- We don't use cookies or similar technologies.
- We don't use analytics or advertising tools.
- Fonts are served from our own server: visiting this site doesn't make your browser contact any third party.
- We don't sell or share your data.
Who else processes the data
- IONOS SE (Germany) hosts this website and its logs.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited provides our email service, through which we receive the messages you send us.
Both act as processors, under contract and on our instructions. We would only disclose data to anyone else if the law required it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or erase your data, to object to or restrict its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to hola@theaumol.com.
If you believe we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
If you use Ops through your organisation
Your organisation decides what data it keeps in its Ops instance: it is the controller, and we process that data on its behalf under the data processing agreement we sign with it. To exercise your rights over that data, contact your organisation.
